PUTTING THE CUSTOMER FIRST WITH NEW PARTS SALES MANAGER

As part of our commitment to providing first-class service to our customers, Ford & Slater has appointed Vicky Lord as Parts Sales Manager for our Spalding dealership.

Vicky joins with a background in vehicle rental management and sales, and plans to put her experience and focus towards continuous improvement of the customer experience.

Vicky explains, “Most of all, our customers want a good service and to be kept informed on their delivery, order or repairs, and we strive to give them that. If you can offer that honesty and communicate fully with your customers, they will have a better experience - and you will have a smoother operation.”

Vicky continued: “Key to being able to achieve that is our team of people and I have already got to know the Ford & Slater team quite well – they are a really good group. I hope to bring inspiration to the team and build their confidence. Mostly I want the people I manage and work with to always enjoy coming into work. A nice atmosphere breeds better customer service and we’re proud to support a collection of superb clients, who deserve the very best buying experience.”
